Corporate Sponsor Banner Program

Support Hale Charter Academy PTSA while promoting your business within our local community! Corporate sponsors can display a professionally printed banner on the school perimeter along one of our busy neighborhood streets.

Banner Sponsorship Options

All sponsor banners are 4 ft. high × 6 ft. wide. Locations are reserved based on completed payment and availability.

  • $500 – Platt Avenue
  • $600 – Califa Street or Hatteras Street, limited availability
  • $750 – Premium stoplight corner locations, limited availability

For this start-up year, the PTSA will cover the cost of the first banner. Banners are maintained with zip ties/cables and typically last approximately 2 years, although weather or vandalism may affect their lifespan.

Additional Sponsor Recognition

Corporate sponsors also receive:

  • A business link on the Corporate Sponsors section of the PTSA website
  • Recognition on PTSA social media
  • Recognition in a school-wide email sent to approximately 1,600 people in both the fall and spring

Banner Guidelines

Per current LAUSD rules, banners recognize and thank sponsors for supporting the school rather than serve as direct advertisements. Promotions, phone numbers, websites, and QR codes may not appear on the banner. An Instagram handle may be included at the bottom without the@ symbol.

All banners must be approved by the PTSA before printing.

How to Become a Banner Sponsor

  1. Select your sponsorship location and make your donation.

Make a payment through Zeffy

Zeffy accepts credit card and Apple Pay. Zeffy may automatically suggest an additional contribution to its platform, which you may remove or adjust before completing payment.

Checks may also be made payable to Hale Charter Academy PTSA and mailed to:

  1. Submit your banner artwork.

Send your logo or banner image to Judy Pomposo at Ultimate Impressions Printing & Promotional Products at judy@uipromos.com with the subject line: Hale Banner – [Business Name]

Ultimate Impressions will add the uniform sponsor-banner border and ensure the banner has the appropriate grommets. Design assistance is also available for an additional fee.

  1. Send your sponsor information to the PTSA.

Please provide:

  • Your business website for the sponsor page
  • Your Instagram handle for social media recognition
  • Your logo/image if you would like feedback before sending it to the printer
